From the Seattle Parks and Rec web site, "Our Scarecrow Mini Fest features live music, scavenger hunt in the Community Garden Orchard, garden games, kids activities, a ride-on kiddie tractor corral, and of course, making scarecrows! You bring the clothes, pillow case for the head and we supply the straw and frame materials. Put your scarecrow on display during the Mini Fest and see if you win the grand prize! " $20 for scarecrow and 25 cent tickets for games and activities.
