Coupeville Waterfront
The Coupeville waterfront is the center of activity in town, and hosts a number of festivals and other events during the year. You'll find the state's best ice cream here at Kapows. Along with some really sweet local shops, there are a number of restaurants and cafes for your crew to stop at while visiting. Make sure to also take the walk out on the wharf. It's a really upclose way to see Penn Cove.
