Back in the '80s the premise for this film made total sense. Nobody questioned why a welder with a dream couldn't work hard and become an oversized sweatshirt, black work out leotard, leg warmer-wearing professional dancer. But somewhere along the way America lost its ability to dream big and reality tv took over. However, for those dreamers amongst us - broadway brings this story back for one glorious week in April.
