This annual post-Thanksgiving parade takes place in downtown Seattle. Sadly, this traditional parade featuring marching bands, floats, sheep dogs, and of course - Santa - comes to an end this year as the Macy's closes up shop in downtown Seattle. The parade starts at 9am. The route begins at the corner of 7th and Pine, heads down to 5th Avenue where it makes a turn south. The route continues down until University where it turns right. It goes down one more block to 4th Avenue where it takes another right. And then heads on down to 4th Avenue to the finish at Macy's and Westlake Center. You can scope out a seat anywhere along the route.
