For little kids!
It's a holiday party in the Phinney neighborhood. And by neighborhood we mean Morrow Lane between 85th and 87th. Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty, Buddy the Elf and the Nutcracker will be visiting. And there will be free cocoa and candy canes! There will also be live music, letter writing to Santa, and a dog biscuit bar!
