The largest tugboat race in the world takes place along the Seattle waterfront. The race goes from the pier 86 to pier 66 - and the races themselves are at 2pm and 2:30pm. Other events take place before and after the races - tugboat ballet at 12:10pm, Coast Guard Sea/Air Helicopter Rescue at 12:50pm, and a Fireboat Firefighting Demonstratino at 2:45pm.
