Old Ballard
Old Ballard is cool. Lots of funky shops in the neighborhood and the Ballard Farmers Market also makes its home here weekly on Sundays. Parking can be a little tough - but if you bring a little patience, some parallel parking skills, and are willing to do a couple loops around the neighborhood - you should be just fine.
