In this forum, Deputy King County Executive Fred Jarrett and local experts highlight innovations in the delivery of behavioral healthcare in King County, and identify key legislative issues for the upcoming year. In addition, individuals recovering from mental illness and/or substance use tell their personal stories, and state and federal legislators representing our region share their perspectives and priorities.
