Penn Cove Water Festival[cultural events]
This is a special once a year event that will be back in person after two years virtual. The Penn Cove Water festival is a celebration of Native American canoe racing, entertainment, arts and crafts. There will be canoe races starting around 12:30pm and taking place throughout the day.
