Rescheduled from its date in March, the book sale takes place in May. This is a crazy big book sale. It takes place in the Seattle Center's Exhibition Hall (right off of Mercer) and in past years has featured over 100,000 books, CDs/LPs/DVDs, magazines, etc... Folks line up around the building for this one and they bring with them whatever kind of carrying case they have. Pro tip - a lot of folks bring roller luggage bags to fill up with their huge hauls. Items are very inexpensively priced, and all proceeds go back to the library.
